WINTER IS BACK IN VERBIER AND THE TEAM HAS BEEN UP TRAINING.
Every winter we start the season with a weekend of training.
So we all the instructors in the ski school together and go skiing.
As always, a number of our coaching team are already teaching so we can’t get the full team together to enjoy the epic early season conditions in resort (but we managed to get about two thirds of the team together this weekend).
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS LIKE?
They’re really good! We had about 25cm of snow on Saturday night and then another 10 or 15cm on Sunday night.
That fell on a decent base that was laid down a few weeks ago so it’s really forming a great platform for the winter – especially as the TeleVerbier have been using the excellent snow-making system to ensure we have an amazing cover for the pistes that will last all winter.
Ads to that the snow that’s forecast for the weekend and we are in great shape for the festive period…
